How do the animals close?

All animals have a zipper or velcro closure. No sewing is required.

What age are the animals appropriate for?

All ages - assistance may be required for younger children.

MINIMUM ORDER

Six animal minimum required or $50.00. You may combine any products that are available to reach the minimum dollar amount. TERMS: Visa or Mastercard only.

CASE PACK PRICES

Merchandise must be ordered in case pack multiples to receive case pack prices.

RETURN POLICY

Returns of products are subject to restocking and refurbishing charges. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number and explain the nature of your return request.. Freight charges are not reimbursed. Custom orders (e.g. pre-printed items) are not returnable.

If your order was damaged in transit, please retain all shipping packaging as you may be required to present the damaged shipment to the shipping agent for inspection.
